Great Location: Conveniently located within walking distance of major attractions and restaurants. Quiet area at night. Warm Welcome: Staff provided a warm and informative welcome, offering helpful tips and recommendations about the area.Beautiful Room: Our room was spacious and clean, with lovely decor and a view of a nearby church's clock tower.

Shower Issues: The shower in our room was small, had low water pressure, and alternated between hot and cold water, causing some discomfort. Traffic Noise: As our room was located on the main road, there was some traffic noise throughout the night, although it was not too disruptive.

Our room came with a shower, and there were many restaurants nearby, such as Shangri-La, just a 10-minute walk from here.

The hotel provided excellent value for money. The room rates were reasonable and the amenities provided were of good quality. The location of this hotel was ideal. It was situated in a very quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Yet, it was still within a 15-minute downhill walk from the station, making it easily accessible. The staff at this hotel were attentive and provided great service. They were friendly and knowledgeable, offering helpful recommendations and going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast served at this hotel was outstanding. Not only was it offered at New Year, but it was also very flexible about timings - perfect for those who like to sleep in. The excellent espresso machine was a true highlight.

We had a fantastic stay at this guest house! the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling city centre and down to the tranquil Botanical Gardens. the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the local area, happy to answer any questions we had. the room was clean and spacious, with beautiful embellishments on the ceiling and a lovely view of the clock tower across the street. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including a classic Scottish breakfast and vegetarian choices. the guest house also had a kitchenette to use, which was a convenient bonus. We would definitely come back to this gem of a place!

The shower in our room had low water pressure and alternated between hot and cold, which was a small inconvenience.
